• A minimum of 5 years of related work experience along with Taleem ul Quran & Taleem ul Hadith courses.

• Strong Project Management, Team building and Conflict Management Skills.

• Excellent customer focus and ability to work in a positive manner with all the stakeholders.(students, staff, and administrators).

• A high level of computer literacy and demonstrated ability to integrate technology into the learning environment and teaching methodology.

• Up-to-date knowledge of contemporary educational industry, trends and challenges.

• Highly developed, organizational, communication and presentation skills.

• Strong management and leadership skills as exhibited by experience in effectively leading a team and chairing committees/meetings.

• Superior interpersonal skills as demonstrated by the ability to form professional relationships at all levels within the organization and with relevant external stakeholders.

• Plan and develop School Curriculum in line with internal and external guidelines and requirements.
